Prof. Dr. Alexander Zureck is professor for banking and finance at the FOM study centre in Düsseldorf. In his research is focussed on financial consumer behaviour, financial literacy, retail and small business banking, as well as digitisation. 

He is teaching in different fields of finance in undergraduate and graduate programs. Furthermore, he supports the dean for finance and banking in developing bachelor and master programs. There, he is responsible for digitised teaching and for new digital contents. In the past, he implemented successfully business simulations, internet blogs, and podcasts in classes and programs. 

In his research, Prof. Dr. Alexander Zureck has gathered data about the financial situation, financial decision making, and banking trends of young professionals in the isf for more than six years. The data was used for several contributions in conferences and papers. It is a basis to develop specific teaching material for the project.
